Overview on the efficiency measurements with stable 55Mn using different sample sizes (N0) and maximum ion currents in the range of 10nA to 500 nA. The efficiency was calculated using equation (2). The combined standard uncertainty is calculated based on the uncertainties of the sample preparation as well as the ion detection process. The error in the mean 
value is the standard deviation in the set of individual measurements.
