Resulting DPSS diagram obtained from least-squares-fitting the TDLS lifetime data shown in Figure 1 using the extracted capture cross section σ_n (T) = 2.12 × 10⁻¹¹ × T ^−1.96. Two solutions are obtained from Chi²-DPSS curve minimum position, E_c − E_t = 0.34 eV with k = 1.16 and E_t − E_v = 0.34 eV with k = 0. With a smaller Chi² value by almost two orders of magnitude, the solution in the second half of the bandgap is identified as the true solution.
