This document gives an overview of a power supply construction suitable for dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) reactor excitation. The influence of temperature and voltage change on DBD reactor parameters is discussed. A power electronic supply system topology allowing for continuous resonant frequency tracking is proposed together with simulation and test stand results of operation. An additional feature of proposed topology is the output peak to peak voltage control.
